Job summary

TK Elevator seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator- Repair in Seattle, WA to perform administrative duties for the service operations department, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will monitor dispatch callbacks, verify manpower, and maintain various reports and tools.

Responsibilities include updating contact and billing information, coordinating with supervisors, and assisting with safety meetings and payroll related tasks. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Oracle database knowledge.
• Some elevator repair administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Review Dispatch callback report to identify all callbacks held for morning service.
• Verify manpower has been assigned.
• Review unassigned tickets with service superintendent or service manager.
• Review and update branch flowchart, Shared Calendar, On Call Manager and On Car List; send daily notification to Dispatch by 2:00 PM.
• Provide status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders, completed callbacks and repairs.
