Poolie LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Repair Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for repair processes and customer service excellence. You will manage scheduling, quotes, rebates, and lead follow-ups to drive revenue and maintain efficiency across the repair operations.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, internal coordination, and data-driven meetings to improve KPI outcomes and warranty workflows while ensuring a high standard of service for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning swimming pools.
• Experience repairing swimming pool equipment is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for team and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repair appointments, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of customer repairs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with proactive communication via calls, texts, and emails.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver precise quotes for repair services.
• Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into revenue-generating repair projects.
• Serve as the central point of contact for the repair team and manage internal communications.
• Lead weekly technician meetings and track KPIs to drive efficiency and performance.
• Provide essential administrative support and file documentation for repairs.
• File Austin Energy rebates for VS Pumps accurately and on time.
• Oversee warranty repair scheduling and coordinate with suppliers for parts.
