Responsibilities

• Review new customer service requests from multiple sources and determine issue type
• Schedule appointments with builders within 24 hours
• Verify material availability and repair timelines
• Create work orders and track costs
• Prepare quotes and invoices for builder POs within 24 hours
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Design Center, Warehouse, and Field Operations to minimize issues
