Job summary

Pump Reliability Solutions, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Repair Coordinator to serve as a cross-functional liaison among customers, sales, vendors, engineering and production. You will review requirements, define repair scope, and prepare cost summaries and quotations for service-center repairs in compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• ERP systems experience required; SAP experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience in pump design and repair preferred

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements for pump repair and scope
• Coordinate repairs with shop personnel and procurement
• Prepare detailed cost summaries and quotations
• Issue work instructions and ensure ISO compliance
• Generate repair quotes and maintain master schedule
• Perform basic engineering calculations and material selections
• Support Lean and EHS initiatives and safety policies
• Take on other related responsibilities as requested
