Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum three years of technical customer service experience recommended.
• Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Open service/work orders for Repair Center jobs and prepare required paperwork.
• Take service calls from customers and follow dispatch protocol.
• Coordinate equipment transfer to GB with customers or service branch.
• Verify PO pricing and update customers on changes.
• Schedule repairs/inspections and scan shipping paperwork into system.
• Keep customers informed on repair status and timelines.
• Finalize repair orders and ensure parts, documentation, and costs are accurate.
• Assist with billing and maintain open order reports.
• Open customer parts orders and process returns.
• Coordinate factory repairs and warranty processing as needed.
