Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Eldersburg, MD to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document vehicle damage, identify required repairs and parts, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and service standards. Prior DRP experience and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines helpful.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies during the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, requirements, and metrics.
• Participate in team meetings and training as needed.
