You will coordinate repair orders to ensure timely turnaround and maintain thorough documentation for each case, while actively tracking and expediting orders and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities include handling vendor pre-approvals, establishing regular contact with customers, and transferring supplier quotes into the ERP system, supporting ongoing mission

We focus on the aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs, and often investing on their behalf in inventories, and support methodologies, allowing for their continued mission-readiness.

Job Duties

This position will work within the Repair Department coordinating repair orders to ensure timely turnaround and maintain a high level of customer service to our customers. Job duties for the position include:

• Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain open and closed repair order files.
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order.
• Track and expedite repair orders.
• Responsible for vendor pre-approval process.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base.
• Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
