Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering knowledge or equivalent mechanical aptitude to understand pump systems, repair processes, and technical specifications.
• Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with repair tracking or ERP systems are beneficial.
• Prior experience in industrial equipment repair, maintenance coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an associate degree in a mechanical or engineering-related discipline is an advantage.
