Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• I-CAR registration in progress (Gold Class) enhances candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts via MIS, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter part invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number with vehicles and repairs.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile invoice history.
• Ensure discounts on invoices to preserve margins.
