Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Government Conveyance Coordinator to manage FHA/VA REO conveyance, oversee disposition strategies, and produce performance reports. The role requires coordinating with Shellpoint and investors, ensuring property condition accuracy, and controlling repair-related costs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Single-Family Default Real Estate Servicing, with Government Conveyance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• 3+ years Single-Family Default Real Estate Servicing experience, direct Government Conveyance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the disposition or conveyance of FHA and VA REOs.
• Create, review, and react to control reports.
• Ensure clear understanding of collateral condition with Shellpoint and investor; oversee repairs.
• Control expenses to minimize non-reimbursable preservation costs.
• Arrange contractual services for property inspections, appraisers, etc.
• Manage relationships with vendors and assess performance.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to department improvements and mentor junior staff.
