Qualifications

• Notary considered a plus.
• Excellent customer service and ability to multitask.
• Office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assign a portfolio of foreclosed properties to approved eviction attorneys.
• Monitor eviction timelines and attorney performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships; keep them informed of progress.
• Monitor properties from acquisition to possession.
• Review property photos to assess eviction needs.
