Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking an experienced Manager - REO to lead the high-volume REO operations, ensuring rapid liquidation with high returns and strict adherence to investor guidelines. You will mentor staff, manage daily tasks, and drive process improvements.

The role requires a strong background in mortgage lending, 5+ years of management experience, and 6-8 years in REO. On-site work is expected with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years REO experience.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills; proficient in data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and leadership for REO supervisors and staff and support for the director of REO.
• Oversees daily tasks to ensure department standards and rapid liquidation of REO assets.
• Maintains process documentation and creates new procedures as needed.
• Contributes to ongoing improvement through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensures asset condition and value are clearly communicated to investors and Shellpoint.
