Newrez in the United States is seeking a results-driven REO Loan Officer to convert REO leads into funded loans and build lasting mortgage relationships. You will manage fast-paced lead flow from the foreclosure portfolio using Salesforce, ensuring accurate pre-approvals and timely follow-up.

The role emphasizes speed-to-contact, disciplined pipeline management, and collaboration with listing agents and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a producing Loan Officer or mortgage originator.
• Strong purchase mortgage experience and knowledge of REO/foreclosure processes.
• Active NMLS license required; ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce or SPARK) to manage pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Work REO leads, listings, and Salesforce activity daily.
• Meet speed-to-contact standards for new REO leads.
• Deliver fast pre-approvals and guide borrowers through purchase process.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence across all leads.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans and build rapport with buyers/agents.
• Document activity in CRM and coordinate with listing agents and operations.
