Job summary

Papé Machinery, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a Rental Territory Manager to lead short-term rental sales across Central California. You will spend most of your time with customers, drive new leads, and partner with the rental team to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in heavy equipment preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of work time in front of customers, independently or with Territory Managers.
• Respond to and process all rental leads within 24 hours.
• Grow department revenue by building strong re-rental partnerships.
• Keep the fleet working by identifying under-utilized units and mobilizing them.
• Manage time and territory to meet and exceed rental goals.
