Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Rental Territory Manager to drive rental sales in a defined territory. You will report to the Regional Rental Manager, promote the short-term rental fleet, and coordinate opportunities while ensuring timely documentation and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in equipment or a related field.
Strong customer-relations and communication skills.
Knowledge of heavy equipment and rental processes.

Responsibilities

Promote short-term rental fleet in assigned territory.
Collaborate with Regional Rental Manager on opportunities and documentation.
Spend ≥80% of time calling on customers and responding to leads within 24 hours.
Build relationships with re-rental partners to grow department revenue.
