Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally B2B.
• Experience with electrical systems and 3-phase power.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and sales training desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand customer power requirements and develop solutions.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries, qualify requirements and understand timelines.
• Evaluate customer power requirements (sizing, voltage, runtime) to develop rental solutions.
• Match customer needs with fleet assets and third-party partners; recommend configurations.
• Coordinate with Rental Operations on technical requirements and solution development.
• Develop accurate quotations and follow up to advance opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from inquiry to project execution with accurate CRM data.
• Grow sales across key accounts and educate customers on Sure Power capabilities.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful service delivery and solutions.
• Attend industry events to strengthen relationships.
