Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to establish and maintain customer relationships for Power Systems rentals and related services. You will support the sales team with quotes, documentation, and CRM records, while identifying new business opportunities through research and networking.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of related experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 1 year industry related experience preferred.
• 1 year retail sales or other sales experience preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong PC knowledge with MS Office experience.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Travel: Up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, etc.
• Support Power Systems Rents Sales Team with project quoting and document compilation.
• Support customers by providing information, literature, etc.
• Contact prospective customers to determine rental needs.
• Performs market analysis to determine competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
• Process sales orders and works with Sales Admin/Project Management to close out projects.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within CRM system.
• Work with Marketing Team to support customer events, strategic marketing plans, metrics reporting and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge on Power Rental Equipment and technologies.
