Drivo Rent A Car is hiring a Rental Sales/Customer Service Agent to deliver outstanding customer service and up-sell vehicles and extras. You will engage customers, drive sales, and complete administrative tasks at the Newark area locations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience meeting sales quotas is a plus.
• Must follow defined service and sales processes.
• Willing to wear company uniforms.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare the rental agreement and advise on vehicle and extras.
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Meet all sales and service standards.
• Complete daily administrative tasks for the office.
• Assist with vehicle turnover and returns as needed.
• Other duties to meet business needs; high performance can lead to promotion.
