Midway Car Rental is seeking a customer-focused associate to drive rental sales and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. You will guide customers through rental options, disclose terms, and complete documentation while maintaining a neat, professional presence.

The role requires energy, strong English communication, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior car rental experience is a plus; a valid license with a clean record is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of sales experience.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Energetic, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and apply sales techniques to assess customer needs.
• Explain rental terms, rates, and options; collect signatures and documents.
• Know the vehicle fleet and available add-ons; answer questions.
• Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and office cleanliness.
• Support revenue reporting and related duties as needed.
