Job summary

Drivo Rent A Car seeks a hands-on Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our New York locations. You will lead staff, ensure service quality, and manage safety protocols while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of three years in customer service or sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Uniforms are provided, and English is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in customer service or sales roles.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to meet sales quotas or thrive in commission-based settings.
• Willingness to wear company uniforms.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
