Job summary

National Car Rental at Savannah International Airport is hiring Return Agents to deliver friendly, efficient service during all stages of the rental process. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour and positions are available as full-time or part-time with multiple shift options.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns accurately, checking for belongings and vehicle damage, and providing clear rental information. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify items found in vehicles and place them in lost and found with unit number, date and time.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide transportation information to the airport terminal in a courteous manner.
• Complete return transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Inquire about service satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check incoming vehicles for damage and direct customers to the damage/loss report counter.
• Verify fuel level and service alerts for mechanical or body damage.
