Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure smooth rental transactions.

• Answer phone and counter inquiries, and route issues.
• Complete, review, and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files.
• Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• Process car exchange requests in the system.
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
