GSP Transportation Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Rental Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the car rental process and assist customers at the return stage.

You will greet customers, help with luggage, review charges, inspect vehicles, and ensure accurate records. The role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and a commitment to great customer service. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Explain rental charges and provide receipts.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle and determine fuel level.
• Complete a service alert for damages.
• Identify vehicles on hold and verify movement to lot.
• Assist service department with vehicle cleaning as needed.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Maintain knowledge of rental documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage.
• Understand the damage/loss reporting procedure.
• Perform related duties as required.
