Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with harmless driving record in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Sunday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Identify lost items and process accordingly.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers and solicit feedback on service quality.
• Check vehicles for damage and direct to the appropriate reporting counter.
• Verify fuel levels and complete any required service alerts.
• Maintain organized lots and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
