Job summary

National Car Rental (Enterprise Mobility) is hiring a Return Agent at 600 Rental Blvd., Kenner, LA (New Orleans International Airport). You’ll greet customers, assist with the rental return, log items found, and ensure smooth processing of charges and receipts while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment.

The role requires 18+, valid driver's license, 1 year of customer service experience, and the stated schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Ability to work the following schedule: 6:00am–2:00pm Sun & Mon; 4:00am–12:30pm Thu & Fri; 7:30am–4:00pm Sat; OFF: Tue & Wed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log with unit number, date, and time.
• Provide accurate rental charges and receipts to customers.
• Offer information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers.
• Document customer dissatisfaction and seek resolution.
• Inspect arrivals for damage and direct to the counter for reports.
• Verify fuel level when returning vehicles.
• Complete service alerts for any reported damage or maintenance needs.
• Identify vehicles on system hold and verify movement to the proper lot.
• Tag vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance.
• Keep the lot organized to ensure easy access and smooth traffic flow.
• Pursue self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
