Enterprise Mobility at Honolulu International Airport is seeking a dedicated Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service through the rental car process and returns. You will greet customers, process transactions, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and report lost items.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
