National Car Rental at Portland International Airport is hiring a Return Agent to provide friendly, efficient service throughout the rental car process. This full-time role is based at 7240 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218 and starts at $19 / hour plus bonus opportunities.

Greet customers, review rental charges, and guide them through the returns process while keeping the lot organized and safe. Scheduling options include Sun-Thurs, Sun/Mon/Tues, or Thurs-Mon shifts; requires a HS diploma and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival with prescribed dialogue.
• Assist with vehicle returns and inspect for damage.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain organized lot and assist with check-in/out processes.
• Identify and tag vehicles on hold and ensure proper movement.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
