Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and use prescribed dialogue.
• Identify personal belongings and manage lost and found items.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Assist customers with the return process and direct to the airport transportation information.
• Maintain an organized lot and ensure smooth traffic flow.
