Job summary

Thompson Machinery is seeking a Rental Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Cat Rental Store, handling rental sales processing and coordinating transportation. Reporting to the Cat Rental Store Manager, you will work with the Rental Asset Manager and Rental Sales Representatives to manage customer contacts, pricing, and inventory availability.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong customer service, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process rental transactions and coordinate transportation of equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of equipment and Allied products to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with shop staff on repair status and equipment availability.
• Operate and move equipment in the yard as required.
