Job summary

Louisiana Cat is seeking a Rental Coordinator for our Baton Rouge, LA location. You will manage rental orders, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and ensure accurate invoicing and database maintenance to support the rental department's success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and computer proficiency, with a typical 7am–5pm schedule and on-call weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental contracts and route trucks for delivery and pickup.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer invoices.
• Maintain databases and assist the rental department's overall success.
• Monitor customer accounts and verify account details.
