Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of field experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

• Must own required tool inventory; tooling program discussed in interviews.
• Safety-first mindset maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all components of heavy rental equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics to determine repair methods.
• Replace or repair defective components using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment using hand or power tools.
• Rebuild, install and align pump assemblies using safe rigging methods.
• Create, track and formalize work order documents promptly.
• Maintain flexibility with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
