Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a customer-focused administrator to join our in-person team in Augusta. Responsibilities include answering calls, routing inquiries, and following up with prospective tenants. You will handle payments in Buildium and help manage social media presence to boost visibility.

Required are a high school diploma and strong computer skills. Experience with Buildium and social media platforms is a plus; flexibility to learn and assist where needed is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Professional setting or office experience preferred.
• Buildium experience preferred (1 year).
• Willingness to learn and help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Follow up calls, emails and texts to prospective tenants.
• Assist in scheduling showings and gathering feedback.
• Process tenant payments in Buildium.
• Post and manage social media to boost internet presence.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with management.

• Full-time/Part-time Monday-Friday 9-5
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Follow up calls, emails and texts to prospective tenants
• Assist in setting io and tracking feedback from showings to prospective tenants
• File, copy and scan paperwork as needed
• Assist in receiving customer payments and enter into Buildium
• Help manage social media post on Facebook and Instagram to increase internet presence and advertise our rentals
• Accepting and Posting tenant payments in Buildium
• Order replacement parts, record warranties, etc.
• Accurately convey and triage maintenance issues from tenants to management in a timely and clear fashion
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Buildium Property Management software is a plus Excellent computer skills and understanding Expert level in posting on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Outstanding phone and customer service skills Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to perform a diverse array of functions at once Ability to manage priorities and tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in professional setting or office
• Highly proficient in Computers/Social media/Learning new programs
• Willingness to learn, grow, and help wherever is needed most
• Experience preferred: Managing Customer accounts
• Buildium: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
