Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lynchburg, VA. You will assist customers with U-Haul products, dispatch rentals using U-Scan technology, and help with equipment setup and return procedures in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-line customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to assist customers, answer questions and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, inspect equipment.
• Explain policies, prepare rental invoices, and accept returns.
