Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hampton, VA to greet customers, assist with equipment rentals, and use mobile U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment. This role includes on-the-job training and possible bonuses. You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional service.

Required are a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. The position is on-site with opportunities for growth and benefits such as health plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers. Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions.
