U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our service. You will help customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals.

The role offers on-the-job education, opportunities to advance, and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. You must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Comfort with assisting customers and using technology.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift duties as offered.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
