Hireology is seeking a Rental Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service for rental equipment. The role focuses on accurate billing, inventory management, and coordination with the Location Manager, service department, and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations.

The CSR will use Flyntlok, Outlook, Teams, and the CRM to manage orders and communicate with customers, while ensuring compliance with safety and dress code standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage billing, invoicing and record-keeping accurately.
• Capacity to coordinate with multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and rental solutions.
• Communicate rental status, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain rental records.
• Track and manage rental inventory and transfers between locations.
