Ohio CAT Rental Store in Westerville, OH is seeking a Rental Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers, sales staff, and internal teams. You will coordinate rental sales and support services and manage the branch equipment rental fleet by assessing customer needs and handling all reservations.

The role requires three years of customer service experience (preferably in heavy equipment or rental), the ability to explain LDW policy, and a solid understanding of equipment

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in customer service, preferred experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry.
• Must understand and be able to effectively explain the company’s LDW policy.
• Must understand and be able to effectively communicate equipment applications and key performance specifications.
• Understands usage and applications of all rental equipment and services offered.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of “common” equipment failure problems and how to resolve them.
• Must recognize the difference between similar products and the advantages/disadvantages of applications.
• Must have working knowledge of construction phases to properly advise applications.
