Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store is seeking a Rental Coordinator who will be the primary contact for customers, salesmen, and company personnel. The role focuses on coordinating rental sales and support services for the branch fleet, determining customer needs, and handling reservations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, ability to manage multiple tasks, good organizational skills, and knowledge of equipment applications. Hours are 7am-4pm with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in customer service, preferably in heavy equipment or rental.
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office proficiency required.
• Understand and explain the LDW policy.
• Explain equipment applications and key performance specifications.
• Knowledge of common rental equipment and service offerings.
• Understand construction phases to advise applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, salesmen, and other personnel for the CAT Rental Store.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services and manage reservations.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow within the branch fleet.
