Job summary

Lift, Inc. is seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator at our Mountville, PA location.

The role centers on keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences, with responsibilities spanning rental agreements, scheduling, and transport coordination. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, serving as the hub between customers, transportation, equipment, and operations, and collaborating with Sales, Rental, and Operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Basic to advanced computer skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• As Rental Coordinator, serve as the hub connecting customers, transportation, equipment, and operations.
• Understand project requirements, rental needs, or installation concerns with customers.
• Confirm equipment availability and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Create rental agreements and track rental activity in company systems.
• Manage transportation schedules for pickups and deliveries.
• Work with the shop to inspect, prepare equipment for customers.
• Collaborate with other Lift branches or third-party haulers to resolve inventory challenges.
• Support Sales, Rental, and Operations teams; ensure agreements and invoices are processed accurately.
