Job summary

Komatsu is hiring a Rental Coordinator to manage end-to-end rental processes across multiple Pennsylvania locations, including Hatfield and Harrisburg. The role emphasizes accuracy in orders, contracts, and insurance/credit checks, and requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

You will supervise yard staff, coordinate with service and maintenance, and ensure timely invoicing and inventory accuracy while supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, haul trucks).
• Excellent communication, comprehension, and analytical abilities.
• Proven customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate rental orders from internal/external customers via phone or in-person.
• Supervise yard coordinators to ensure policy compliance and efficient rental activity.
• Generate rental contracts and verify customer accounts, insurance, and credit statuses.
