Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel and other staff.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services and manage information flow for the rental fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and handle all related reservations.
• Provide strong customer service to ensure smooth operations.
