Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store is seeking a Rental Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and internal staff. You will coordinate rental sales and support services and manage reservations for the branch fleet.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, several years of customer service experience, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of LDW policy and equipment applications is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in customer service, preferred in heavy equipment/equipment rental.
• Excellent computer skills – proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and internal staff at the CAT Rental Store.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services, ensuring smooth information flow for the branch fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and handle all corresponding rental reservations, conversations, and follow-ups.
