Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) at the airport seeks a Rental Car Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance. You will supervise front-line staff, ensure tasks are completed, and maintain service standards.

You will provide training, enforce safety policies, report on performance targets, adapt to changing schedules, and deliver excellent customer service while representing MLS values and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Valid non-CDL driver’s license.
• HS Diploma or GED attained.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
• Flexible with night, weekend and holiday schedules.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels


• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success


• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus


• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates


• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills


• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time


• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation


• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
