Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. You will lead a team to complete daily tasks, train new hires, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding safety policies and company values.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a valid non-CDL driver’s license, and flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts. You will report on performance targets and help maintain smooth operations in a dynamic airport setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (non CDL).
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Flexible with night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels


• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success


• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus


• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates


• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills


• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time


• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation


• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:
