Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor for an airport location in Illinois. You will lead a team, train new hires, and ensure daily tasks meet performance targets while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid non-CDL driver's license, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
