Job summary

The Fall Line Rental Shop, part of Brundage, is a fast-paced ski retail environment where the Rental Associate is the first contact for guests, answering questions, solving problems, and upselling Brundage services. The role also assists with rental equipment fit and sizing.

Responsibilities include operating a POS, preparing rentals, performing basic tune services, and helping customers with knowledge of demo skis and boards to drive sales. Holidays and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Rental Technician Certified.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the ski industry is a plus.
• Prior guest service experience preferred.
