Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort in McCall, Idaho is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the winter season. This frontline role covers pre-arrival contact, sales of mountain products, and addressing guest concerns to ensure an exceptional experience.

Seasonal full-time or part-time positions are available, with weekend and holiday availability required. The role requires handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person, promoting Brundage products, and processing sales with the Entabeni POS

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and staff.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about mountain services, answer questions, give directions, and make recommendations.
• Handle sales of tickets and mountain products; process transactions.
• Promote Brundage products and events; help manage signups and waivers.
• Ensure policies are followed and report issues with solutions to leadership.
• Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics.
• Perform sales and reservations using Entabeni POS system.
• Enforce Brundage health/safety policies with guests and staff.

Job Summary

Guest Service Representatives are the front line for total guest satisfaction covering pre-arrival contact, sales of all mountain products and addressing concerns brought to department's attention. This is a position requiring availability on weekends and holidays to sell ticket products and create the best guest experience at Brundage Mountain. Full and part-time positions available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute the flow of information to guests about mountain services, featured products, company activities, answer questions, give directions, and make recommendations
• Provide thorough follow-up with all guest communications via phone, in person, and email
• Active in the promotion of Brundage products and events. Help manage signup sheets and waivers of liability, etc.
• Ensure procedures and product policies are being followed, and alerting leadership and team of potential issues with recommendations on how to resolve them
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics in dealing with guests, co-workers, and outside vendors
• Complete sales and reservation transactions using Entabeni Point-of-Sale system
• Enforcing Brundage health/safety policies with guests and fellow employees

QualificationsJob Qualifications:

• High School GED required
• Ability to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests, management, and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of the Brundage/McCall area restaurants and attractions
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
