Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Utah is seeking a Rental Technician to fit and prepare ski and snowboard equipment, providing excellent guest service and ensuring a safe, comfortable mountain experience.

You will maintain equipment and inventory, follow safety and cash-handling procedures, and contribute to a positive, professional mountain environment. Experience with skiing and snowboarding is beneficial.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift equipment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to meet guest needs.
• Remain current on new industry products and trends; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest ability and experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory of rental fleet.
• Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
