Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort in McCall, Idaho is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations of our retail location, coach staff, manage scheduling, training, and inventory, and deliver guest-focused service. You will oversee merchandising, stock control, POS transactions, and collaboration with other departments to support events and promotions, while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a Brundage Mountain Resort retail location, creating a welcoming, organized, and guest-focused shopping experience. This position is responsible for leading the retail team, including scheduling, training, coaching, inventory management, merchandising, and guest service. The Retail Supervisor helps ensure the store is fully stocked, visually appealing, and operating efficiently while supporting sales goals and delivering exceptional service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and pass an insurance driving history inquiry.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including winter mountain environments.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to climb ladders, stock shelves, and perform physical retail setup tasks.
• Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
