Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Redevelopment Associate to support the Project Management Team in implementing renovation initiatives, tracking progress, and communicating with operations, contractors, and stakeholders nationwide.

You will prepare reporting for lenders and investors, maintain Excel tracking files, and assist in due diligence for acquisitions. The role demands detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with emphasis on statistical/financial modeling.
• Experience in real estate; multifamily/asset management exposure is a plus.
• Strong time-management and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage business plans and renovation programs to align with organizational goals.
• Monitor, track, and report project progress; proactively resolve issues.
• Attend renovation meetings conducted by Facilities to support execution.
• Assist in valuation analysis for strategic decisions.
• Create and update tracking files in Microsoft Excel.
• Execute and validate changes to unit-level amenity tags.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
• Support deliverables for lenders and investors with accuracy.
• Assist in the audit process for unit-by-unit inspections.
• Contribute to due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.
